Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a performance-driven Advertising Manager to own, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google and Meta for an e-commerce consumer products business. You’ll test, optimize, and report on ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, and CVR to drive profitable growth.

You’ll collaborate with e-commerce and creative teams, manage budgets, and scale winning campaigns while controlling costs. Remote LatAm location welcome, with a fast-paced, data-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• E-commerce or DTC advertising experience.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CVR, CPC.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center and product-feed advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with performance data.
• Experience with GA4, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Comfortable managing meaningful ad budgets and data-driven decisions.
• Strong testing and optimization mindset.
• Experience advertising consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta.
• Build campaigns focused on revenue, ROAS, customer acquisition, and profitable growth.
• Manage budgets, bids, audiences, targeting, and campaign structure.
• Monitor daily performance and identify opportunities or issues.
• Test creative, copy, audiences, landing pages, and strategies.
• Manage Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max, remarketing, and related types.
• Manage Meta prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
• Analyze performance and provide clear, actionable reporting.
• Collaborate with e-commerce and creative teams to improve conversions.
• Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs and profitability.
