Higlobe is seeking a Google Ads Account Manager to own campaigns for U.S.-based local service clients in a fully remote, hybrid-supported environment. You will manage a portfolio of ~10 accounts initially, focusing on performance analysis, client communication, and strategic optimization.

You will collaborate with backend teams to ensure smooth execution, stay updated on best practices, and drive improvements across systems and workflows for scalable success.

Competenze

• 2–3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience managing Google Ads for U.S.-based local service businesses.
• Client-facing experience communicating campaign performance and optimization.
• Experience managing multiple accounts across different budgets, industries, and goals.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs, troubleshoot performance issues, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ownership of account performance and proactive improvement.
• Strong communication and relationship management to explain performance to clients.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize across multiple accounts with SOPs.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and LSAs campaigns for U.S.-based local service businesses.
• Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate directly with clients about campaign results, challenges, and optimization strategies.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Manage an initial portfolio of approximately 10 accounts, with growth to 30–40 accounts over time.
• Coordinate with backend specialists responsible for campaign execution.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Client Success, and the technical/web team.
• Stay current with Google Ads and LSA best practices and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal systems and workflows.
