Job summary

Limitless Agency is seeking a Client Success Manager + Google Ads Specialist to work remotely with a hybrid focus on Google Ads and client success. You will own 20–25 client relationships and manage ~USD 100,000 in monthly ad spend while delivering campaign results and strategic guidance.

The role blends hands-on Google Ads management with client relationship duties, supporting cross-functional teams and driving retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with lead generation.
• 1–2+ years of direct, proactive client-facing experience in an agency.
• Ability to manage paid search delivery and client relationships simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead-generation Google Search campaigns end to end.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking and CRM lead capture.
• Conduct account audits and monitor key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL.
• Own relationships with 20–25 clients with regular biweekly check-ins.
• Translate marketing data into practical business recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with website, SEO, CRM, and other specialists to resolve issues.
