Pearl Talent is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own the full Google Ads account for high-ticket B2B lead generation. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, from keyword research to reporting, and coordinate with the sales team to optimize CAC and CPL.

The role is fully remote within LATAM, with EST overlaps and flexible hours. You will join a distributed team and contribute to moving paid search in-house from an external agency.

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management, 2+ years in B2B lead generation.
• End-to-end campaign ownership: keyword research, bidding, ad copy, budget, reporting.
• Documented Cost Per Lead and CAC reductions with figures.
• Experience targeting enterprise buyers with high-ticket sales cycles.
• Direct work with a sales team to feedback keywords/audiences (MQL/SQL).
• Proficient with PM tools (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp).
• English at C1+ level for client-facing work.
