Job summary

Trackman is seeking a dynamic Representative to sell launch monitor and simulator solutions across Western Pennsylvania, working from a home-based territory with extensive travel. You will demonstrate products at clubs and centers, generate leads, and build networks with golf professionals and designers.

Ideal candidates will have proven sports/tech sales experience, strong presentation skills, CRM proficiency, and a drive to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Evidence of successful sales in sports or technology is preferred.
• CRM experience and ability to manage a defined territory.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% and work from a home-based office.

Responsibilities

• Find, plan and deliver product demonstrations to golf clubs, home simulators, indoor centers, and related clients.
• Generate leads via cold calling, workshops, and golf events.
• Build referral networks with builders, designers and architects.
• Coordinate with PGA and golf organizations for demand generation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing training and white-glove service.
