Job summary

Richman Elite Financial & Realty Services (REFRS) is seeking a dynamic Virtual Assistant / GoHighLevel Operations Coordinator to join our marketing team remotely. You will manage and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, nurture leads, and coordinate onboarding, ensuring campaigns run smoothly.

You will implement automation across Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot, analyze performance with Google Analytics and SQL, and collaborate with sales, content, and design to boost

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Strong coding basics in JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• Proven ability to analyze marketing metrics.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automation sequences for leads and onboarding.
• Implement and maintain marketing automation tools across platforms to streamline campaigns.
• Develop and execute multichannel campaigns (email, social, web) to generate leads and raise brand visibility.
• Analyze performance with Google Analytics and SQL to identify trends.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaigns aligned with segmentation.
• Monitor metrics, attribution, ROI to optimize demand generation.
• Manage email campaigns: segmentation, automation, A/B tests, tracking.
