Job summary

AboutLinro is a cloud security company building a real-time, agentic cloud-security platform. We operate fully remote across Europe, with a Berlin-founded basis, and the founding team invites engineers to own large parts of the policy engine and platform.

You will design and build core backend services in Go, own end-to-end features, and implement enforcement paths to prevent non-compliant changes before they reach production. This role values hands-on cloud work and AI-assisted coding.

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering in a compiled, statically typed language (Go, Rust, Java, C++, C#).
• SQL proficiency and relational/columnar data modeling.
• Product-minded with user-focused approach.
• Able to turn ambiguous problems into simple solutions.
• End-to-end ownership from design to production.
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP or Azure in production.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Pulumi).
• Comfort using AI coding tools in workflow and setting guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core backend services in Go for real-time policy evaluation.
• Own a core platform area end-to-end from design to production.
• Build simulation/enforcement paths to block or auto-remediate non-compliant changes.
• Stay close to customers and feed learnings back into the product.
