The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Go and a strong foundation in optimizing PostgreSQL. This role supports a remote-first culture and emphasizes a growth mindset, autonomy, and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Go and designing REST APIs.
• Experience writing optimized PostgreSQL queries.
• Comfortable building reliable integrations with third-party APIs and services.
• Excellent time management in a global context.
• Experience in a fast-moving, startup engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Go.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for high-volume data.
• Build reliable orchestration and integration layers across internal and third-party systems.
• Implement security best practices.
