Qualifications

• EMR data migration experience with healthcare data
• Understanding of data migration processes: extraction, mapping, validation, load
• Strong SQL and scripting skills for data movement
• Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management
• Experience building or improving migration tooling and automation
• Ability to handle regulated data (PHI/HIPAA/SOC 2) with care
• Leadership potential and ability to mentor teammates

• Lead complex EMR migrations across multi-location practices
