Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a remote Documentation Management Specialist to support a 12-month data transition project in the food and beverage sector. The role focuses on data entry, migration, cleanup, validation, and documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate transfer of information.

You'll use Excel and learn Oracle PLM and TraceGains, with QA background preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
• BS in Food Science or Nutrition (preferred).
• Experience in food manufacturing or laboratory environment (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FDA/USDA regulatory standards.
• Experience with SaaS implementation and data migration (preferred).
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, migration, and cleanup for a long-term transition project.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate data transfer.
• Learn and use Excel to analyze data and generate management reports; gain familiarity with Oracle PLM and TraceGains.
• Support data validation, data cleanup, and documentation throughout the project.
• Assist in training new system users and act as a point of contact for data inquiries.
