Humane World for Animals is seeking a Managing Director, Global Web Marketing to lead the organization’s web and digital platform strategy, ensuring all web-based and AI-enabled platforms reflect the mission, brand and credibility of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in marketing with a focus on web platforms.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Demonstrated AI literacy and understanding of AI-driven content discovery, attribution, accuracy and trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop best-in-class web platforms and user experiences for a global audience, with localized language and cultural needs.
• Lead a team of web marketers and external resources for redesigns, maintenance and roadmap planning.
• Architect a cohesive web content framework and governance across websites.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews and staff development for the web marketing team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set a multi-year global web strategy prioritizing trust, usability and conversion.
• Oversee enterprise-level web governance and content strategy and lifecycle of websites.
• Evaluate website effectiveness using metrics like conversion, usability, performance, and clarity of mission.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated on AI discovery developments and apply best practices across sites.
• Provide strategic web marketing guidance across the organization.
