Humane World for Animals is seeking a Managing Director, Global Web Marketing to lead the organization’s web strategy and digital platform governance. The role ensures web properties reflect the mission, brand and credibility while guiding AI-enabled discovery and content governance across sites.

The position partners with development, communications, brand and country teams to drive fundraising, education and advocacy globally, while building trust, usability and conversion efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 10 years in marketing, with a concentration on web platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Experience executing an online content strategy with emphasis on clarity, authority and conversion.
• Demonstrated AI literacy for content discovery, attribution, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop best in class web platforms and experiences for a global audience, with localization needs.
• Manage a team of web marketers and external resources for redesigns and maintenance; plan a long-term roadmap.
• Architect an overarching web content framework and governance model for cohesive user experiences.
• Lead and develop the web marketing team, including hiring, performance reviews and professional development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set a multiyear global web strategy aligned with brand and mission.
