Qualifications

• Eight years of progressively responsible experience in regulated life sciences.
• Five years in post-market surveillance or a closely related function (e.g., complaint management, vigilance, field actions).
• Two years of formal people-management or team-leadership experience.
• Experience with PMS systems and regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of field actions, vigilance, adverse event reporting, and trend analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for regulatory and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Vigilance with oversight of PMS activities and Field Action Specialist group.
• Coordinate global field actions including recalls and Field Safety Corrective Actions.
• Develop and present PMS metrics and reports to management and governance bodies.
• Collaborate across Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical/Clinical, Product Safety, Engineering, and Operations.
• Support regulatory authority responses and ensure compliant post-market information handling.
