Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Global Vigilance to lead post-market surveillance, oversee field actions and vigilance reporting, and support regulatory compliance for our medical devices.

This role coordinates cross-functionally to ensure timely investigations and communications. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in regulated life sciences with 5+ years in PMS, strong project leadership, and experience with PMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, business, project management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead global PMS activities including field actions, vigilance, and adverse event reporting.
• Oversee Field Action Specialist group and ensure timely recalls, corrections, and removals as needed.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Medical/Clinical, Product Safety, and Engineering teams.
