Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior leader to join as Director, Vendor Strategy & Operations to drive Affirm's global BPO and vendor operations program. This role owns vendor strategy, performance, and outcomes across our worldwide servicing network, focusing on customer experience, compliance, and cost-to-serve.

Qualifications

15+ years in customer operations or vendor program leadership.
10+ years leading managers and/or complex vendor organizations.
Experience with global BPO and fintech/customer operations.
Experience deploying AI/automation at scale.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term strategy for global customer operations vendor network.
Lead governance forums and escalation management.
Partner with product, engineering and operations to deploy AI and automation.
Own vendor network performance across CSAT, SLA, QA, productivity.
Lead large-scale vendor migrations and operating-model transformations.
