Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior leader to direct its global vendor strategy and operations. You will oversee BPO and vendor programs, driving customer experience, compliance, cost-to-serve, and operational excellence across a large vendor network.

This role partners with cross-functional teams and uses data to shape strategy. The ideal candidate blends fintech operations expertise with AI-driven processes, strong leadership, and a customer-centric culture to scale servicing and transform the vendor

Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer operations or related vendor programs.
• 10+ years leading managers or complex operations.
• Experience with large global vendor networks and outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategy for the global customer operations vendor network.
• Reinvent issue resolution and customer experience across the vendor network.
• Establish governance frameworks and performance standards across vendors.
• Lead executive vendor governance forums and strategic planning.
• Partner on vendor selection, expansion, and network design.
