Job summary

Affirm is looking for a senior leader to join the global operations team as the Director, Vendor Strategy & Operations, guiding Affirm's global BPO and vendor program. This role partners across a large, dispersed vendor network to reinvent customer servicing at scale.

The ideal candidate has deep fintech and financial services operations experience, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to drive customer-centric, high-performing cultures across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer operations including large-scale global vendor programs.
• 10+ years leading managers and/or complex vendor organizations.
• Proven experience managing outsourced operations and vendor networks across geographies.
• Experience deploying AI/automation to improve customer operations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategy for the global customer operations vendor network.
• Reinvent issue resolution and experience across the vendor network as an innovation hub.
• Establish governance, standards, and accountability across the vendor ecosystem.
• Lead executive-level vendor governance forums and strategic planning.
• Partner on vendor selection, expansion, and network design across functions.
