Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Leader to head the Director, Vendor Strategy & Operations role within the global operations team. You will own the vendor strategy, performance, and outcomes of our worldwide servicing network, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric, data-driven operations at scale.

The ideal candidate brings fintech operations expertise, deep vendor program experience, and a mindset to apply AI and automation to reinvent servicing.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer operations or vendor program management.
• Experience leading large-scale outsourced operations and global vendor networks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for affirm's global customer operations vendor network.
• Reinvent how we resolve customer issues and deliver experience across the vendor network.
• Own vendor network performance, including CSAT, SLA, compliance, QA, and efficiency.
• Lead executive-level vendor governance forums and drive cost optimization across vendors.
