Job summary

BeOne is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Digital & Technology Systems, Veeva Administrator, to own and operate BeOne’s Veeva platforms across the global R&D technology portfolio. The role partners with business process owners, IT security, quality, and vendors to ensure compliant, secure, and reliable systems.

You will lead lifecycle planning, access workflows, and incident responses while coordinating global resources, budgets, and risk actions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in digital, technology, information systems, or related areas, preferably in pharma/regulatory settings.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership coordinating technical teams, matrixed partners, and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience owning business-critical platforms including configuration, integrations, releases, access workflows, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ownership, operational health, lifecycle execution, and compliant management of BeOne’s Veeva platforms.
• Coordinate global stakeholders, vendors, and project teams across platform initiatives.
• Ensure platforms remain compliant, secure, and aligned with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and SOP governance.
• Lead incident management, upgrades, and continuous improvement of platform operations.
