Job summary

Revolution Medicines in Redwood City, CA, is seeking a Director, Global Value, Access & Pricing – NSCLC to develop and drive global value, access and pricing strategies for NSCLC assets, informing clinical development, launch planning and lifecycle management to enable patient access.

The role leads cross-functional teams, partners with HEOR, Regulatory, Commercial and Regional Market Access, and guides pricing architecture, reference pricing, and payer evidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in market access and pricing with global or major-market responsibility.
• Strong experience in pricing & reimbursement of oncology products.
• Deep understanding of global payer systems and HTA processes (NICE, G-BA/AMNOG, US).
• Experience designing global pricing strategy including value-based pricing and launch sequencing.
• Experience with pricing regulations and working with affiliates on negotiations.
• Ability to support clinical development to satisfy payer/HTA evidence needs.
• Experience engaging HTA and payer organizations early to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive global value, access and pricing strategies for NSCLC assets and indications, including launch sequencing and reference pricing.
• Lead development of payer evidence plans and evidence-gap assessments with HEOR.
• Assess NSCLC competitive dynamics and biomarker-driven access considerations.
• Lead EU JCA readiness activities aligned with global strategy and regional teams.
• Build strong relationships with Clinical, Commercial, Regulatory, HEOR and Medical Affairs.
• Partner with regional teams on local pricing and reimbursement readiness; synthesize regional insights for global decisions.
• Provide market access input into clinical development to optimize endpoints and evidence packages.
• Offer access and pricing analyses to lifecycle planning and business development evaluations.
