Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote - US only). This role leverages data, feasibility assessments, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize enrollment and study execution across global clinical trials.

You will partner with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other stakeholders to translate trial goals into practical strategies, manage timelines, and deliver actionable optimization reports.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, or trial optimization.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Gather data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs to support feasibility and trial optimization.
• Support program review development and escalation of requirements.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverable development, stakeholder alignment, and country validation requests.
• Coordinate validation activities and final allocation requests.
• Author the Global Trials Optimization Report and update it through the trial lifecycle.
• Lead recruitment and retention planning during feasibility.
• Ensure recruitment materials are implemented effectively.
• Oversee enrollment support material development and tactic execution.
• Monitor enrollment performance and prepare standard reporting.
