Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote - US only). This role focuses on feasibility, recruitment planning, and in-life trial optimization across global clinical studies.

You will partner with trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and stakeholders to implement practical enrollment strategies. You will translate goals into actionable plans, manage timelines, lead reporting, and help optimize trial execution to reach

Qualifications

Experience in clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, or trial optimization.
Ability to gather, interpret, and apply data for planning and decision-making.
Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs.

Responsibilities

Support feasibility and trial optimization planning with data and benchmarks.
Lead recruitment and retention planning during feasibility and budgeting phases.
Coordinate enrollment support materials, vendor interactions, and country validation.
Monitor enrollment performance and prepare standard reports.
Develop and maintain the Global Trials Optimization Report throughout the trial lifecycle.
