Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote - US only). This role focuses on feasibility, enrollment planning, and in-life optimization across global studies, working with clinical teams, vendors, and legal to drive enrollment and performance insights.

You will translate trial goals and country inputs into practical strategies, author initial reports, and manage ongoing updates.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.

Responsibilities

• Support feasibility and trial optimization planning with data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs.
• Develop recruitment and retention plans and program materials.
• Coordinate with legal, vendors, analytics, and study teams for plan execution.
• Monitor enrollment performance and prepare standard reporting.
• Lead the Global Trials Optimization Report and maintain updates throughout the trial lifecycle.
