Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility assessments, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, trial optimization, or related clinical operations activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and apply data to support decision-making.
• Experience managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop reports, recommendations, presentations, and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Program Feasibility and Trial Optimization—gather data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs to support feasibility and trial optimization planning.
• Recruitment and Retention Planning—lead early recruitment planning, develop needs assessments and budget estimates.
• In-Life Trial Management—partner with study teams, monitor enrollment performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate enrollment support activities and material development to improve site and patient engagement.
