Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I to support sponsor-dedicated/remote clinical trial optimization across global studies.

This role focuses on feasibility, enrollment planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive trial success. You will partner with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other stakeholders to translate trial goals and enrollment insights into practical strategies that support study execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Strong written communication skills for reports and study-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and modeling inputs for feasibility and trial optimization.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverable development, stakeholder alignment, and country validation requests.
• Support recruitment planning and enrollment materials development.
