Job summary

FICO, a global analytics software leader, is seeking a Sr. Manager of Global Travel & Corporate Card Services to lead a 30-country program.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape travel and card strategy, align with business priorities, and deliver scalable, compliant services worldwide. In this role, you will drive supplier strategy, negotiate with TMCs and card providers, develop KPIs, and implement cost-savings initiatives while enabling a seamless employee travel experience across

Qualifications

Experience managing a corporate travel and card services program.
Ability to develop and track KPIs for cost and traveler satisfaction.
Proven contract sourcing and supplier management experience.
Experience working across global teams and regions.

Responsibilities

Execute global travel and card strategy aligned with business priorities.
Measure end-to-end travel experience and drive adoption.
Oversee global Travel Management Company (TMC) and Corporate Card operations, including negotiations and performance management.
Evolve policies to reflect market conditions and ensure compliance.
Identify cost savings through spend analysis and business cases for leadership.
Optimize travel booking tools and card platforms for usability and reporting.
Ensure robust travel risk management and duty-of-care practices.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Security, Risk, and executive teams.
