Burton Snowboards seeks a Manager, Translation Operations to lead the end-to-end translation workflow for global marketing assets, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and production readiness.

You'll partner with Creative Production, Regional Marketing and external vendors to maintain terminology standards, resolve issues early, and support campaign launches across regions. Remote work option is available; location in eligible U.S. states preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in translation/localization management, production coordination, project management, or global marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own translation operations from start to finish for global marketing assets.
• Manage translation agency partners and briefs, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with Creative Production, Regional Marketing and partners to resolve issues before production.
