Mohawk Global is seeking an Associate Regulatory Compliance Specialist to manage post-entry processes, product classifications, and regulatory documentation. You will ensure adherence to U.S. Customs and PGA requirements while driving process improvements and coordinating with internal teams and clients.

You will support compliance testing, onboarding new clients, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records, contributing to overall efficiency and risk reduction in import/export operations.

Qualificações

• Understanding of U.S. Customs regulations and import/export compliance.
• Proficiency in freight forwarding/compliance systems.
• 2–3 years of experience in international trade or freight forwarding.
• Working knowledge of U.S. Customs compliance procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Vet client onboarding and establish client records.
• Submit post-entry filings per procedures.
• Process POAs and maintain compliance documentation.
• Support U.S. Customs and PGA compliance requirements.
• Assist with audit preparation and responses.
