Responsibilities

• Ensure compliant vetting of clients and establishment of client records.
• Prepare and support post-entry filings and documentation.
• Process powers of attorney and maintain compliance records.
• Support internal teams with compliance requests and standard classification needs.
• Investigate and resolve routine shipment and regulatory issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
• Assist with audit preparation and responses to Customs inquiries.
