Job summary

Novolex seeks an experienced International Trade Compliance professional to lead standardized post-entry reviews and maintain rigorous recordkeeping in coordination with the Sr. ITC Manager.

You will also help implement SOPs, manage RPS activities, and support audits with data-driven analyses. Qualifications include 4+ years in trade compliance, ERP experience, HTS/ECCN expertise, and a readiness for up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of core international trade compliance experience
• Experience with business analytics tools; ability to use data to support decisions
• Working knowledge of U.S. Customs procedures & trade practices
• Bachelor of Science preferred; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered; Licensed Customs Broker preferred
• Experience with ERP systems
• Expertise in HTS & ECCN classification, trade regulations, FTAs, COO, Incoterms and commercial invoice requirements
• Strong project management capabilities
• Highly organized and able to escalate appropriately
• Minimal travel 15%

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute standardized post-entry review programs
• Maintain ITC recordkeeping with Sr. ITC Manager
• Draft and maintain SOPs and work instructions for ITC functions
• Serve as point of contact for ITC Restricted Party Screening
• Support CBP and DOC audits with data collection and analysis
• Coordinate with customs brokers to resolve import transaction issues
• Escalate service, process, and data concerns and implement solutions
• Ensure timely resolution of compliance-related problems
• Provide data analysis support to ITC projects and monitoring efforts

Education

Bachelor of Science preferred in International Business or related field

Licensed Customs Broker preferred
