Job summary

Medtronic plc in the United States is seeking a Trade Product Classification Analyst to manage global HS classifications, select local HTS and ECCN classifications, and release blocked orders in SAP. This remote US role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant classification decisions.

You will maintain records, research classification rules, and support continuous improvement within SLA timelines, while staying current on HS and ECCN standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include high school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience, or associate/bachelor degree with corresponding experience.
• Experience with ECCN classifications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across all organization levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Classify products according to HS classifications and select HTS and ECCN.
• Release blocked orders in SAP.
• Identify licensing needs and research classification rules.
• Maintain documentation to support classification decisions.
• Collaborate with global Trade teams to improve processes.
