Job summary

ZEISS is seeking an experienced Field Support Engineer to serve as a technical resource for Field Service Engineers, Affiliates, and Distributors, delivering expert support and leading troubleshooting for Meditec products.

Role involves on-site escalations, collaboration with global teams, and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement. Travel approx. 10% and English fluency required; German/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of ~5 years' experience as a Field Support Engineer or Technical Escalation Engineer, especially in medical devices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve escalations for Zeiss Meditec products.
• Coordinate with global teams to resolve technical issues and share knowledge.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base.
