Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Sustainability Reporting, Disclosure & Compliance Lead to join the Sustainability Operations team. The role oversees data management, reporting, and external disclosures for client accounts, ensuring audit-ready processes and ongoing improvements to governance structures.

Responsibilities include coordinating data collection, supporting external reports such as the Sustainable Impact Report, and advising on emerging reporting standards and regulations to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Expertise in greenhouse gas accounting methodologies (GHG Protocol).
• Experience collecting, validating, and reporting sustainability data across multiple sites/regions.
• Knowledge of CDP, DJSI, GRI, TCFD, SASB frameworks.
• Experience coordinating third-party assurance/audit processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with environmental data management systems or ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical info for executives and auditors.
• Collaborative across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead external sustainability reporting and disclosure activities, ensuring data quality.
• Support annual Sustainable Impact Report preparation and external information requests.
• Oversee responses to inquiries from rating agencies and organizations (CDP, DJSI, etc.).
• Manage internal and external sustainability information requests and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Serve as internal point of contact for sustainability performance data inquiries.
