Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Sustainability Analyst to drive environmental performance across its real estate portfolio. You will turn data into actionable insights that cut carbon, optimize resources, and advance ESG goals while working with facility teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

You will lead energy efficiency initiatives, benchmarking, reporting, and employee engagement, enabling cost savings and measurable impact for clients and JLL. This is an on-site role with multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a sustainability-related field.
• 3-5+ years in sustainability/ESG roles.
• Experience with data analysis, benchmarking, and reporting.
• Knowledge of GHG accounting and resource conservation.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report environmental performance data across emissions, energy use, water, and waste.
• Manage utility data collection, benchmarking, and performance tracking to find optimization opportunities.
• Support sustainability reporting, disclosures, and third-party assurance processes.
• Coordinate EV charging program including vendor management and installation.
• Collaborate with facility teams, consultants, and vendors on energy efficiency projects.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and sustainability awareness campaigns.
• Drive continuous improvement of programs, reporting systems, and processes.
