Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior sustainability leader to oversee global operations, directing a multinational team to deliver Sustainable Operations products, solutions and tools across client portfolios.

You will own P&L, drive strategy, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate across technology, finance, and facilities to scale impact. This remote, U.S.-based role offers high visibility and meaningful contribution to real estate sustainability.

Qualifications

• University degree; MBA preferred is a plus.
• Demonstrated 10+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of corporate sustainability in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sustainability programs across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Own P&L and govern delivery of sustainability services.
• Drive client relationships and strategic guidance for program delivery.
