Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in the United States is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence to lead the global logistics transformation. You will partner with the Vice President, Supply Chain to define roadmaps, drive breakthrough improvements in service, cost, and quality across the network.

Responsibilities include leading lean initiatives, building KPI dashboards, and guiding cross-functional teams to realize targeted benefits while maintaining compliance and strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, Consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability facilitating executive workshops to build actionable roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from large data sets.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Leadership and influencing skills across matrixed global organizations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Excellence agenda across Logistics to improve service and cost efficiency.
• Partner with VP to develop multi-year logistics transformation roadmap.
• Run cross-functional workshops and value stream analyses to identify opportunities.
• Manage an opportunity funnel with quantification and governance.
• Analyze large data sets to generate actionable insights.
• Drive strategic improvement initiatives from ideation to benefit realization.
• Promote Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting for progress.
• Influence senior leaders to drive alignment without direct authority.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and controls.
