Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence to lead transformational improvements across our global supply chain, with an initial focus on logistics excellence. You will partner with senior leaders to define roadmaps, drive cross-functional improvements, and deliver measurable value in service, cost, and quality.

This role requires strategic thinking, advanced analytics, and the ability to influence across a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, Consulting, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to facilitate executive and operational workshops.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Strong project and program management with delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead through influence across matrixed, global organizations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Excellence agenda across the Logistics organization to deliver measurable improvements in customer service, cost efficiency, and network performance.
• Partner with the Vice President, Supply Chain to develop and execute a multi-year logistics transformation roadmap.
• Facilitate value stream analyses and workshops to identify, quantify, and prioritize transformation opportunities.
• Establish and manage a robust opportunity funnel with benefit quantification and governance.
• Analyze large data sets to generate actionable insights for transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
