Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence to lead transformational improvements across the global logistics network. The role partners with senior leadership to define a multi-year transformation roadmap and drive measurable gains in service, cost, and quality.

In this remote-capable U.S. role, you will guide analytics-based initiatives, build governance structures, and advance Lean Six Sigma practices to improve end-to-end performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, Consulting, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to facilitate executive/workshop sessions and build actionable roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Excellence agenda across Logistics to deliver improvements in service, cost, quality, and performance.
• Partner with the Vice President, Supply Chain to develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Facilitate workshops, value-stream analyses, and opportunity assessments to identify and prioritize initiatives.
• Establish a robust opportunity funnel with benefit quantification and governance.
• Analyze large data sets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive strategic improvement initiatives from ideation through implementation and realization of benefits.
• Promote Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement across the supply chain organization.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting to track transformation progress.
• Influence senior leaders across regions and functions without direct authority.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and operational controls.
