Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Director to lead global supply chain strategy and transformation, with a focus on logistics excellence. You will partner with the VP of Supply Chain, drive cross-functional improvements, and deliver measurable benefits across OTIF, costs, and inventory.

Strong analytics, leadership, and change-management skills are essential. The role requires 10+ years in supply chain transformation, global experience, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to facilitate executive workshops and build actionable roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from large data sets.
• Proven project management, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to influence across matrixed, global organizations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Excellence agenda across Logistics to improve service, cost, quality, and network performance.
• Partner with Vice President, Supply Chain to develop multi-year logistics transformation roadmap.
• Facilitate workshops, value stream analyses, and opportunity assessments to identify opportunities.
• Establish and manage a robust opportunity funnel with quantified benefits and governance.
• Analyze large data sets across transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution to generate insights.
• Drive strategic improvement initiatives from ideation to realization and ROI.
• Promote Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement across the supply chain organization.
• Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting to track progress.
• Influence senior leaders to drive alignment and execution without direct authority.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
