Job summary

RZ HR Studio is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end supply chain for NL/BE, UK, and US. You will partner with the founder/COO to optimize inventory, suppliers, and logistics partners while driving cost and efficiency improvements.

The role emphasizes independence, strong Dutch skills, and availability during EU hours for a long-term freelance engagement. Remote work is supported across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on supply chain experience.
• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written; good English.
• Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment.
• Hands-on experience with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
• Experience managing international shipping and logistics.
• Understanding customs/import requirements.
• Experience managing suppliers and manufacturers.
• Available to work during EU hours.
• Seeking a long-term freelance/contractor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day supply chain operations across NL/BE, UK, and US.
• Manage sourcing and manufacturing relationships.
• Plan and forecast inventory across multiple markets.
• Coordinate international shipments from suppliers through to fulfillment.
• Coordinate customs and import requirements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce freight, fulfillment, and landed costs.
• Build and improve supply chain processes as the business scales.
