Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Project Manager for a remote role in the United States. You will manage both Europe and North America teams, drive KPIs, and establish relationships with customers to secure more projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor SOW opportunities, and coordinate with OEMs to optimize supply chain and logistics performance. Travel is substantial, citizenship required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Chain / Production Planning / Quality / Operations environment.
• Past experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Project Management training.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP system.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and aerospace product knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/technical information.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions.
• Experience with Lean/ACE, DMAIC/6 Sigma.
• AI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage project duties and staffing to achieve financial and performance goals.
• Build, mentor and monitor team leads with concrete plans and KPIs.
• Assess SOW platform for potential opportunities.
• Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly progress presentations for customers and management.
• Drive productivity and cost avoidance across the project.
• Load & capacity planning across teams.
• Inventory management and monitor control towers.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and act as escalation point.
• Communicate status to internal and customer stakeholders.
• Support Lean events and supplier programs.
