Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams across Europe and North America, driving project performance and KPI alignment. You will mentor team leads, manage hiring, and engage with customers to secure new projects while monitoring SOWs and ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards.

The role is remote within the United States with travel up to 80% and citizenship requirement for US operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large cross-functional programs (up to 75 employees).
• Proven project management experience with cost and schedule targets.
• Knowledge of procurement strategies and MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with IPMS and Six Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-discipline team of Project Engineers, Aerospace Engineers and Supply Chain Engineers to support multiple OEM customers.
• Mentor team leads, set KRAs and monitor project health and customer feedback.
• Manage multiple Team Leads and Project Managers to meet cost and schedule targets.
• Drive program management tasks and present technical material to stakeholders.
• Oversee workforce planning, hiring and organizational change.
