Greater Good Charities is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations for donated and procured goods. This fully remote role combines hands-on execution with strategic modernization across our global distribution network.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, ERP/CRM integration, and tight collaboration with Programs, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in global supply chain and logistics management.
• Certified professional in logistics or supply chain preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for donor and procured goods.
• Oversee US 70% and international 30% logistics, including freight contracting and customs compliance.
• Own ERP/CRM/WMS tech stack and data dashboards for KPI reporting.
• Develop SOPs for movement tracking, inventory control, and BOL submission.
• Partner with Finance for inventory vs. GL reconciliation and audits.
• Drive partner capacity building and onboarding tools for field teams.
• Mentor global logistics team and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
