Job summary

Greater Good Charities, a global nonprofit, is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize the end-to-end movement of donated and procured goods. The role spans US-led operations and international logistics, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and process modernization.

You will own the logistics tech stack (NetSuite, Salesforce, Smartsheet, SharePoint, WMS), drive agile inventory, forecast demand, and ensure compliance with NGO requirements while partnering with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of leadership in global supply chain and logistics management.
• Professional certifications strongly preferred (CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, CHL).
• Hands-on troubleshooter with NGO or humanitarian sector experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and interface with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee agile inventory management and demand planning.
• Direct end-to-end supply chain execution across US and international operations.
• Lead systems integration and data architecture for decision intelligence.
• Troubleshoot processes and optimize SOPs for field and office use.
• Ensure financial reconciliation, compliance, and donor-restricted goods handling.
• Build partner capacity with governance, audits, and training programs.
• Lead the global logistics team and collaborate with Programs, Finance, and Exec leadership.
