Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a senior Sourcing & Procurement leader to oversee a high-performing team across 10–25 Financial Services client accounts. You will partner with S&P leadership and client teams to deliver strategic sourcing programs, drive savings, and ensure compliance across global accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
• Ability to work remotely (i.e. home office), including on-site at client locations
• Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for 10-25 Financial Services client accounts.
• Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional environment to drive benefits to client and JLL.
• Drive results through global S&P program implementation and meet account KPIs and goals.
• Oversee global client compliance and controls and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs.
