Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a seasoned Sourcing & Procurement leader to manage 10-25 Financial Services accounts and build high-performing teams. You will mentor, recruit, rotate, and retain top talent while aligning global sourcing programs with client needs and KPIs.

The role requires 10+ years in strategic sourcing for services or indirect categories, strong leadership, and deep experience with supplier performance and risk management. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Experience leading global sourcing programs and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for 10-25 Financial Services client accounts.
• Mentor, recruit, and develop S&P professionals across the team.
• Drive global S&P program implementation and monitor progress against KPIs.
• Oversee global client compliance and controls and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operations to standardize RFP/bid and contracting processes.
