Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in pharma/biotech/CRO or healthcare services
• Global operational leadership experience across multiple regions
• Deep understanding of investigator financial operations within clinical trials
• Proven track record of large-scale transformation and process improvements
• Executive presence with stakeholder management & influence skills
• Experience spanning cross-functional initiatives across regions and functions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Site Payment Services
• Evolve operating models, structures, and service delivery approaches
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities that improve performance and client value
• Lead a global Site Payment Services organization for investigator payments, budget setup, reconciliation, and reporting
• Drive automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to modernize systems and processes
