Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Identification & Feasibility Specialist to drive feasibility decisions for global trials in a fully remote role, preferably East Coast. You will collaborate with sponsor teams, CROs, and study start-up groups to identify high-performing sites and provide data-driven insights for enrollment planning.

You will manage CTMS data, support system enhancements, and develop reports to inform strategy while supporting ongoing trial optimization across diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with clinical trial operations and development processes, or 2+ years in site feasibility, recruitment, or enrollment planning.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, and external partners.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting.
• Demonstrated project coordination/administrative experience in sponsor, CRO, or academic research environment.
• Experience with trial optimization vendors, feasibility platforms, and recruitment technologies.
• Experience supporting studies in rare disease therapeutic areas.
• Familiarity with enrollment forecasting and feasibility analytics.
• Experience working with CTMS.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate sites by researching and analyzing clinical data.
• Support feasibility activities including system setup, questionnaire deployment, and site outreach.
• Track feasibility responses and report to study teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot feasibility issues for both in-house and outsourced studies.
• Collaborate with study teams to ensure CTMS data quality and completeness.
• Evaluate system issues and enhancement requests; propose solutions.
• Generate metrics and reports to support site selection and study planning.
• Partner with CROs and internal teams to support enrollment forecasting and planning.
