Twilio seeks a Global Sales Business Partners Sr. Manager to drive sales operations rhythms and strategic GTM projects across Field Sales, Specialists, and Partners.

You will act as a hands-on operational leader with exposure to senior sales executives, champion a sales-first mindset, and drive cross-functional collaboration for growth. The ideal candidate brings deep GTM and Project Management expertise in enterprise software, with experience aligning Sales Ops, Strategy, and Enablement across

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales, strategy consulting; minimum 2+ years partnering with senior software/tech sales leaders ($1B+ orgs).
• Proficiency in sales planning and operations including coverage, segmentation, territory planning, and compensation strategy.
• Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years' experience; graduate degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple rhythms of our operating cadence with Global Sales leaders.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability and growth.
• Partner with BP and other roles to support leadership requests and cross-functional alignment.
• PM the highest level reviews of Sales Performance with data quality and timely delivery.
• Provide business performance insights to facilitate decision-making.
• Produce exec business updates and localized planning activities.
