Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist to drive regulatory intelligence, advocacy, and governance across the portfolio. You will bridge Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Innovation, Sustainability, Government Affairs, and Commercial teams to identify opportunities and manage regulatory risks.

You will monitor global developments, prepare briefs and reports, participate in industry groups, and support sustainability programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, Environmental Science or related field.
• Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship or regulatory strategy.
• Experience with global chemical portfolios (water treatment, biocide, etc.).
• Knowledge of REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, CEPA, UK REACH, K-REACH.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess emerging global regulatory developments affecting Solenis products.
• Develop regulatory trend analyses and strategic impact assessments for leadership.
• Lead quarterly regulatory outlook reports and intelligence publications.
• Support identification of regulatory risks, opportunities, and long-term implications.
• Maintain regulatory intelligence processes, tools, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
• Represent Solenis in trade associations, working groups, and forums.
• Partner with Innovation, R&D, and Product Stewardship for regulatory support.
• Support global regulatory policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Provide regulatory support for sustainability initiatives.
• Translate complex regulatory developments into business guidance.
• Prepare executive briefings, white papers, and strategic summaries.
